MV Movers Ltd is the data controller for personal information you give us when you enquire about or book our services.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, the addresses involved in your job and the details you give us about it. The quote forms on this website store nothing: they open WhatsApp or your email app with the details you typed, and the message is sent from your own account.

Why we use it

To quote for and carry out your job, to invoice you and to contact you about it. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract, or steps you ask us to take before one, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Who sees it

Our own team. We do not sell or share your details for marketing. Where a job needs a third party, for example a storage facility, we share only what that job requires.

How long we keep it

Job and invoice records are kept for six years for tax and insurance purposes, then deleted. Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within twelve months.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting 07572 053 239 or info@mvmovers.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
